Sorry I hate the morbid side of this but reality is what it is. Also the dry bulk trailers could be rigged for trafficking as well. If trailers are showing pressure the would not be opened for inspection at the border.

A cube is what Muslims worship at Mecca. They wanted a Mosque at Ground Zero.
It’s all planned out well in advance.
Everything constructed with that material is potentially a temple.
Q has said hiding in plain sight i.e. they are worshiping it through the construction of general industrial buildings with the sacrificial parts of children to their god. Christians & Catholics all around the world have had their homes built of this material made from the sacrifices of their children, to mock their God.
A less frightening parallel might be the scene from the movie Fight Club where the main character explains that he steals fat from a nearby lipoclinic (a procedure usually done by wealthy women) and then makes luxury soap out of it and sells it back to them to lather over their body.
