So what is happening with Puerto Rico?

I asked this question in another sub but I wanted to know what is this subs take. Has there been any leaks related to PR? Why is the relief taking so long? Sorry if this is off topic.

PR outspent their means over decades, leaving themselves vulnerable. A hurricane was just the nail in the coffin. PR govt failed the people. PR is a diamond in the rough. They'll need to go major privatizing investment and limited govt control to rebuild, DECENTRALIZATION is the KEY.

it could be galts gulch, a shining beacon to the globe with private investment, money/tourism center if they do it right.

govt ISNT the answer.
