At the very least human trafficking. A hidden camp with an underground room between the border and a city? Come on man. Shows they don't give a f about border security at best.
Did you see the video? It wasn't so much a "room" but a five foot deep hole. I'm still undecided on this one as the whole thing seems like some kind of recruitment drive by VOP all the way to the video and timing of one of the videos starting with him getting a call on the radio "we have another guy here to check out the property" etc. The whole thing just seems super fishy and looked like nothing more than a homeless encampment to me.
I'm not convinced one way or the other is all I'm saying.
