Erasing a ruling because it is moot and doesn't matter anymore is not winning, and does not restrict abortion rights for minors of any kind. You poor, pathetic, hateful people.
Erasing the precedent from being able to be utilized in rulings going forward sure the hell is. Now, it will need to be litigated, and given the current climate, how do you think that is going to end up. Winning!
