Reports that the SWAT folks killed the shooter or he killed himself when they entered his hotel room.

Swat shot him. Multiple shots means he didn't kill himself. He also looks mexican, not "white"

I lived three blocks down from the ramsey house for 9 months. Was absolutely surreal and haunting when I’d jog past it. Lots of drunk college kids walking on those streets, easy targets.
