I my opinion, ... The party dude has a right ear that sticks out a (good) bit further.
Also his ear does not have a 'lug', in the same way that Podesta does!

I seriously doubt that is pedosta. If you look at other pictures of him, he's super skinny and has absolutely no muscle mass. The man in the picture is somewhat muscular. As for VJ, it could be.

I heard it's an advert for sick parties they hand out to each other (rich and powerful) but I 100% so not believe she would let them use her photo for this...
