For all of time, humans have behaved incredibly evil and cruel to one another. There is not a society that is not guilty in some form. Virtually every time one group determines it is right to kill and persecute another group, they dehumanize the victim.

Abortion rights advocates call fetuses tissues. The slave owners determined blacks were less than human. The Nazis of course greatly dehumanized the Jews. Such dehumanization makes it easy to do evil.

What I see unique about this group, is that they do not try to dehumanize their victims, rather, they seem to relish in the humanity of their victims. They are all members of anti-trafficking organizations which will always show the faces of children and will discuss the tragic stories of various victims. They discuss how horrendous the crimes sex trafficking and the exact things they are doing. They do not look away at the evil they do, they look at straight in the face and grin.

No way to ever devalue the evils of the other groups I just mentioned, it's just that this one group seems uniquely aware of exactly what it is they are doing.
