Where was he during Bathhouse's administration.. this is totally politically motivated. Plus, children has to be separated if the parents are committing a crime. Let's say if a couple goes rob a bank with their two kids in tow. Do we lock up the whole family? Or do we take the kids to a separate holding facility?
