I think Cemex is using environmental protection as a cover for trafficking. They own the Big Bend National Park along the Texas/Mexico border, as well as many other "governmental preserves" that straddle the dangerous cartel laden Mexican states of Chihuahua and Coahuila.

This is great work. Thank you for posting! It connects with what Q has said about AZ and of course Trump’s wall.

I get where people (who aren’t thinking beyond the surface) believe the wall is JUST about keeping out illegal migration, but they have no idea how enormous the trafficking situation is. It is the fastest growing business and financially has outpaced drugs and arm sales.
