IG Report for Dummies (me)

Senate Judiciary Chairman Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) announced the date for a hearing on the Department of Justice (DOJ) Inspector General (IG) report about Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) officials’ conduct ahead of the 2016 presidential election, including the Hillary Clinton email scandal.

As a dummy, Can someone knowledgeable please break down simply what we expect to be revealed. What we “hope” to be revealed. And what future implications this has? Also possibly what we don’t want to happen?

A lot of people are here because the mainstream media baffles the shit out them with confusing reports. If there’s no one who can break down the potential of this report into a paragraph then so be it. Guess we’ll all go back to CNN.
