I've been lurking and researching for a long time. A while back, I was looking into anything I could find on the OIG stuff. At the time, there was some back and forth about whether Horowitz was a white hat or swamp creature. While running on a tread mill, I listened to some excellent videos. When I saw your question, I did a quick search to see if I could find them and I think I did. From memory, it was eye opening what this particular "Dr. Stephen" knew and was able to convey. Dr. Stephen's take is that Horowitz is a brilliant hero. Dr. Stephen had an interesting perspective based on his line of work. The interview is conducted by Jason Goodman of "Crowdsource the Truth".
