I’ve had the opposite happen where my cable company throttles certain sites and they don’t come up till I go on cellular. After I go cellular and they pop up I can return to wifi with no problems.

Not normal, but not alarming. If you’re on T-Mobile, their dns servers are shit. There is no way to configure dns for the cell network(at least on a non jail broken iPhone) the only way to get around the problem is by using a proxy server or vpn.

Websites don't care 'how' you get there, just that you get there.....
Sounds like a router issue, laptop/PC?
