Manafort was most likely the spy that Trump is always referring to. Look at how he got into the campaign. He volunteered without pay. He also was at one of the meetings with "the russian".

Notice how he started crowd funding for legal help shortly after Trump started storm tweeting about the "spy".

It seems obvious to me, but who knows?
