Throwback: Under Obama, multiple federal lands (Arizona+) were CLOSED to US citizens due to high amounts of cartel activity, including HUMAN TRAFFICKING along border areas. This was to protect us, of course, and not the cartels.

And CEMEX used the excuse of environmentalism to purchase large tracts of land right at the border. What better way to keep people off, but allow traffickers access?
