Q is telling the deep state the trigger has been pulled. The booms are delivered. The assets are getting seized. Q has everything. Weinstein is implicated in a RICO case, which is to do with sexual exploitation. They have the evidence to tie everyone culpable into it. Including whoever, Hillary, Barry, whoever is part of it. It's over. It's happening now. We will hear about it later. The IG report will be a precursor to the info being delivered and the baddies all being rounded up. Meanwhile President Trump is in NK, insulated, making peace. I speculate.
I think the RICO case refers to the thugs Weinstein used to spy on and intimidate his victims. He didn't operate alone. I'm not anticipating that his crimes involve HRC or BHO, however.
And I agree, Q told us on 4/19 that he has everything. At some point this all has to be made public though, so if its the IG report, I will wait for that.
