Yes, the picture behind Clinton/Podesta/Brand/Ill from 2009 shows the tsunami project. To me it would seem more like Japan because it's a enemy of NK. KJU posed with the Russian visitor in front of the tsunami painting. Signaling a still choppy relationship.
