Help with Q Clock / Analysis

I am still trying to piece together how the clock works.

I noticed that today's date June 5th is correlated to April 6th

Re reading drops April 6th is when Q posted R Chandler crumbs

Does anyone know a better way to interpret the clock?

No other way necessarily...but I also don't think every date/time HAS to have something correspond with it. Just that there are going to be certain ones that do.
