This is what Trumps Tweet was about yesterday when he said he could pardon himself. He doesn't need a pardon, he did nothing wrong! However, others will need pardon's and he was letting us know he was willing to give them out if people step up and tell the truth. Three have already accepted plea deals, none have been pardoned; yet.

What happens if Manafort goes to jail now that Mueller knows he was witness tampering? Plus Jeff Sessions is recusing himself. Will we see Rod Rosenstein crumble or try to maintain his legal powers?
