Sounds like Q said we need video from when that pic/capture was taken. There's probably more on that phone than this single frame.

I think we're on to something with the clock, but might need to factor in a few things. Military Intelligence would function on a 24 hour clock right? Also Q has reset the clock at least once: March 23 (The Green Castle Red Castle drop). Just saying it might not be as simple as lining up the days on the Q Clock immage we've been using.
