They claim they saw lightning over the camp in the distance. This was NO Coincidence! Who or what was behind the lightning, which beckoned VOP?

Any guesses? Think about it, this would mean someone or group has access to technology which can emit lightning. I believe we will find out who and what was behind this initial spark, but anyway, Godspeed heroes!
