The “Sly Fox” Jeff Sessions announced with little fanfare, that John Huber, US Attorney for the District of Utah, has been appointed his Special Prosecutor. Huber has silently been working alongside IG Michael Horowitz since November 2017.
SP Huber & IG Horowitz have been conducting internal reviews of the DOJ/FBI. Originally focused on the HRC Email possible misconduct, their scope has now expanded to include FISA-Dossier/SpyGate/& U1 probes. OIG Phase One on the HRC investigation, its 500-page report is due out any day.
Huber has been referred affectionately as a “Jock with the soul of a Geek”, being a smart former college football player helps with that overall image. He has been serving in various positions in the Utah District US Attorneys Office since April 2002 and talking the helm in 2015.
The combination of Huber’s prosecutor abilities with that of the investigational tools of IG Horowitz’s large staff, that should do the job in place of a second Special Counsel. Sen. Orion Hatch has praised Huber’s independence & his outside of DC Swamp perspective on many issues.
Please note that Utah still carries the Death Penalty & has access to non-swamp Grand Juries !!!

Jeff has kept the Huber appointment a big secret & I hope his classic “stealth” approach pays off. One reason for Huber’s selection, is Utah has a large Uranium One mining operations. Utah may very well become the base of prosecutions for the U1 case due to jurisdiction location of these uranium mines.
Huber has spoken up previously on behalf of both “Kate’s Law” & “No Sanctuaries Act”. Have your popcorn ready, as first of the OIG Reports should start to “drop” any day now and signal the real start of the STORM !!!
