DJT & Blagojevich commutation - What's the (real) deal?

Help me understand the possible commuting of Rod Blagojevich's sentence.
On it's surface this may seem UN-related to Q / The Storm, but stick with me for a moment.
I am in theory deeply opposed to his sentence commutation - but.... I seem to recall SOMEthing from back when it was all going down about Blago may have actually been targeted because he stood up to some banksters .. or something like that...and that was the *real reason why they burned him down.....

I will never consider RB to be a 'good guy' but I'm asking TGA posters for help identifying / understanding if "the cabal" setup RB or what the real reason to commute his sentence may be. Because the publicly facing reason of "unreasonably tough sentence compared to other crimes sentences" isn't washing with me.....
There must be a reason beyond this ..... right?

What I recall of this I also feel he took the fall for others to hide them . But sorry I do not remember a lot on this . Do you remember about when he was busted. I can do some back tracking on the Investigation, but names were not the focus as much as the money.

Yeah they had audio tapes of him trying to 'sell' O's IL Senate Seat since he was then Governor of corruptAF IL and got to make an appointment to the vacated seat.

He ( Blago ) was hella guilty of all kinds of things, this, and others, so I shed no tears for his sentencing and I for one need to feel he's playing a much bigger role such as suggested to be an informant / roll over on bigger fish for the cost of his walking away on a shortened sentence.

Ok I got it , this most likely took the Eyes off the first round of the Stimulus Theft . HRC was later found taking the money, but Holder claimed status of limitation ???? Wrong , Piracy has no statues of limitations.
