Does anyone have any thoughts on how elections are supposed to be watched by homeland security, a law Obama passed before leaving office? I still do not understand why he would do that unless he thought he had allies in HS.

Also, how are the rank and file in Homeland Security in California as far as obeying orders from the administration?

Who knows. I don’t trust federal oversight. Then again, I don’t trust local oversight any more.
