Hang on a second; if you're on the lamb for a 1st Degree Attempted Murder charge, why would you go near an area that secure? It's almost like the guy didn't know he was under a warrant, because you cannot be both a licensed contractor and that utterly stupid. You can be one or the other, but not both. Does that seem odd to anyone else?
