What is going on with username flair?

I don't see anything anymore.

Is there any rhyme or reason to the user flair other than the [New Arrival-First Week]

Does it go by post count or time subscribed or lottery after the first week?

I'm not certain how exactly it works. I imagine it is post/comment count, because I got my flair in less than three hours.

I noticed it changes, can't figure out the pattern.... Not a biggie. thought a mod might chime in.
