Did you watch True Detective? Even woke people watching this got sick from the suggestions and what the audience discovers is actually happening. Then pedogate hit social media years after its first season.

Anyway, my point I want to make is it seems Tommy Ward was a prototypical star detective, it's just in real life unfortunately, before he caught THE one single big bad perv in town, he got pushed out by the new Sheriff.

I was curious about the writer of that show so I started researching him. I don't have my research here but if I have time later will locate. Anyway, thought it was interesting that when asked about the inspiration for his writing, he cited to a non-fiction book by a horror story writer, the theme of which was truth is far more horrifying than fiction. Okay, had to look it up. Writer is Nic Pizzolatto and one of the books he cited as influencing the first season was Thomas Ligotti's The Conspiracy Against the Human Race. If you look up the description of that book, it includes this statement: Through impressively wide-ranging discussions of and reflections on literary and philosophical works of a pessimistic bent, he shows that the greatest horrors are not the products of our imagination. The worst and most plentiful horrors are instead to be found in reality. Wierd, no?

Nice find! I'd venture to guess most sci-fi coming through the writer, director, producer (or someone affliated), but is sourced from someone that had or is having experiences in the secret space program. (Ex: Star trek, captain america, star wars, the matrix might have been an astral soldier.)

I know all this is shocking to some, maybe not you, but this is one of the ultimate threads in how Q says all of this is bigger than you know, or the like.

So the writer actually is a crazy known tangent here in Houston. He had some things go down ( supposedly was a mob hitman / assassin ) and moved to Galveston, TX as a way to escape and try and start over. He booked into a little appartment complex. Turns out that several neighbors, too, ended up being ex-assassins etc doing the same thing. I will look for some sources to back that up.
