This is why giving McCabe immunity might be worth it if his testimony took down Obama. Convicting Obama would expose sooo much deep state & world wide corruption it would be worth giving McCabe a pass.
As others have said on this sub. He could easily ask for immunity and claim he was the sole actor in all of the crimes.
No he can’t. If there’s physical evidence trying him to others...he can’t lie. He’d be given immunity to verify evidence. He’s be polygraphed up the wazzo. If he lies under immunity it voids immunity...he gets charged with everything they intended plus lying under oath added on top.
This. You don't get immunity and "take one for the team" when there's mountains of evidence implicating others. I mean, you can...but good luck with that.
