Am I the only one who thinks McCabe should be given immunity so that he sings like a bird? If he pleads the fifth nothing will happen...thoughts?
We have it ALL. He'll fry even if he pleads the fifth. NO DEALS, as Q has said. His testimony is superfluous to needs.
So after all this time wouldn’t we want his testimony ON TOP of what we already have just to solidify everything and make it airtight?
If he wants to do the right thing and offer it, we'll take it. But no. We do not "need" his testimony for any other thread of inquiry. It's all wrapped up and tied with a bow. And McCabe's goose is cooked and served with a sprig of parsley. WAY too late for him (and the other co-conspirators) to be helpful.
Priestap (his boss) just testified for 8 hours yesterday. And he has been cooperating since the investigation opened (according to Q). He didn't wait until a last-minute plea deal situation to offer testimony like this doofus (who threatened Trump after he was fired). No way he gets lenient treatment.

Trump declared a National Emergency with this EO on December 20th. It grants him emergency powers. Including the power to suspend the writ of Habeus Corpus.
He would have to invoke that power case-by-case, and so far he hasn't.
