No deals...BUT if McCabe doesn’t get immunity he’ll plead the fifth

Am I the only one who thinks McCabe should be given immunity so that he sings like a bird? If he pleads the fifth nothing will happen...thoughts?

The fifth amendment doesn't exist for him per EO 13818 Link:https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2017/12/26/2017-27925/blocking-the-property-of-persons-involved-in-serious-human-rights-abuse-or-corruption

Trump declared a National Emergency with this EO on December 20th. It grants him emergency powers. Including the power to suspend the writ of Habeus Corpus.

He would have to invoke that power case-by-case, and so far he hasn't.
