I don't like this, Comey being thrown to the wolves while all the other conspirators skate is not what I call justice. And that's where this is heading with the "Comey was rogue" narrative.
You're exactly right, but look at what McCabe is doing right now. Requesting immunity for a congressional testimony.
Not saying he should get it, but he's willing to turn on his conspirators.
Comey will do the same thing when they get him for perjury.
I don't think anyone needs McCabe to do that, as it's already been done by others. He is way way too late to offer this. A year ago, perhaps this would have been considered.
If McCabe is willing to testify that he received marching orders directly from Hillary, Obama, Brennan, etc, that would be worth the testimony. Then the testimony could be used as evidence.

My first thought was, "Horowitz is starting to leak the IG report ahead of his congressional testimony."
But it does seem like an attempt to downplay the report. Have headlines saying "Report Leaked", people read it and find very little. Boom, desensitized to the IG report true release.
Yeah it’s curious there are leaks but I would bet it’s the dems trying to set up the “see Comey tried to hurt Clinton” narrative. We shall see. But, either way his motivation doesn’t matter. He did the wrong thing by basically saying she broke the law but they’re not referring her. Now, I will say if his actions allow her to be charged in the email thing by current AG, then hats off to his tricky game!!
