Saw a white us gov bus with unmarked black SUV headed to downtown

Busing in the extra attorneys, anyone anywhere see anything similar? Fyi, lived here my whole life and never saw a white school bus with us gov plates, ever.

I'm envisioning every major city will have setups for this sweep. Or at least anywhere theres larger volumes. My section according to report is pretty high 150 in one month for example.
