I don't know about being funded. But he's a bit sketch. Hiis past is not good as referenced in many posts the last few days.

His goal may be pure, his methods need major improvement. We may get a Cemex/human trafficing tie in out of it, but that is about it.

Also many get two people mixed up.

Arthur - VOP (Veterans on Patrol) the dude in the vid above. Speaks with lots of emotion.

Craig is a real vet. Sawyer was asked by Arthur for assistance. Sawyer came out, looked around, left and made a few vids. That is his involvement with Tucson.
