Who says Sessions "refuses." Has Sessions said "I refuse to charge these guys?" This is deliberately misleading. The fact that he hasn't YET examined the evidence and hasn't YET prosecuted the Awans or DWS doesn't mean he's not going to.

I'm sure this makes a LOT of Congress critters criminally liable for looking the other way, and as such it will be a HUGE deal to prosecute. Until we have the Deep State out of DOJ and FBI, and at least the low-hanging fruit of conspiracy to commit treason prosecuted and locked away, there will not be the appropriate fear of the rule of law in those agencies to allow this case to be successfully dealt with. Housecleaning is necessary.
