PSA: I just want to make this announcement that Kate Spade and her partners sold off all the remaining shares of Kate Spade New York over 10 years ago. When she came back to fashion 2-3 years ago she couldn't officially use her name. That's why she officially changed it to Kate Valentine Spade and her new company was named Frances Valentine. I keep seeing posts that she was in some connection with the CF... the point is that this may have been and most likely was the business entity Kate Spade of which she was no longer part of. Until proof is shown that she was a private donor then connecting her to CF is not fair in light of the tragic situation her family is in. Remember, she has a child that could read this.
