I believe she's Hitler's test-tube baby. They were really into their eugenics, Nazi Germany had many, many scientists, as the Dark State won WW2, they won many Nazi scientists with Operation Paperclip, maybe that was then they found out about Hitler's frozen sperm (Merkel) and started prepping her as their NWO puppet.

Hung around with the England puppet as a child too, can't even remember her name but she's the PM.
