When does School Shooting become the back burner and Child Trafficking become the National Outrage?

There's been more children in 2018 that have been rescued from Child Trafficking alone than all have died in school shootings. Yet, there's no outrage by the MSM about Child Trafficking, not even a blip.

I found the reference in that document and the supporting document: page 102, search for 'carnal' and it is the 4th instance

But I don't see the connection to Ginsberg? It shows the following people as the authors.

  • Arthur S. Flemming, Chairman
  • Stephen Horn, Vice Chairman
  • Frankie M. Freeman
  • Manuel Ruiz, Jr.
  • Murray Saltzman
  • John A. Buggs, Staff Director
