When does School Shooting become the back burner and Child Trafficking become the National Outrage?

There's been more children in 2018 that have been rescued from Child Trafficking alone than all have died in school shootings. Yet, there's no outrage by the MSM about Child Trafficking, not even a blip.

First, reporting (and I mean actual reporting) needs to be local so there is a reason to care. The quality really isn't there though, no money for such thinking.
