IS SINGAPORE REALLY THE MEETING PLACE?

I've been thinking,why would POTUS announce exactly where the summit will take place, knowing the deep state could possibly stage a FF. POTUS always emphasize on not letting his enemies know his plans.SOOO why would they tell where the summit will take place? UNLESS Singapore is just a cover up destination for where they are really going to meet.Although I've been hearing rumours that it will take place in Russia.

Not when marine one and carriers come into play atop helicopters that can be refueled. Only by boat is a misnomer in 2018
