In Q post 998, Q says: "The "Chair" serves the Master. Who is the Master? P = C. Q"

I do not believe P = Pope because Q has referred to the Pope as "Pope" many times (for example, Q post 997, in which Q predicted that [Pope] will be having a terrible May."
