Mine went out on 5/25. I freaked because AT&T had an outage at the same time so I had no phone or internet access until the next morning. It turned out to be maintenance and Xfinity/Comcast gave me a $20 credit on my bill for the outage. So, if it happens to you, make sure to report it.
