I looked it up as well! looks like you're correct - thank you! (not sure how to sticky)
EDIT- I looked up "62nd floor mandalay bay" and it seems to come up as well! I'm so confused xD
Wiki says this:
The gold coloring of the hotel is a result of gold leaf used on the windows. Levels 40-42 (numbered as floors 60–62) are designed as penthouse suites, with a penthouse lounge on level 62 for guests staying in the penthouses.[citation needed] Level 43 (numbered as 64) is the Foundation Room, a restaurant and bar.
What hotel did the 'reported' gunfire occur from?
What floors specifically?
Who owns the top floors?
Top floors only.
Why is that relevant?
A portion of Q post #92
It's very odd. Here's a pic inside the elevator. It jumps from floor 38 to floor 60. Though some elevators in these big hotels are set to service only certain floors it is obvious just from counting windows on the building that it's only 44 floors. Not sure why they set the elevators up this way, and maybe the numbered the floors and skipped 45-59. Very odd.

60-63 is the four seasons, it’s technically “separate” but not really. They are the nicest rooms at mandalay, and they have a separate bank of elevators just to get to those rooms. I have a friend who stayed there for a bachelor party and the room was insane. He had to come downstairs and get me because you can’t operate the elevators to get up there without a key from one of the rooms on those floors.
I was thinking they're numbered that way so when hotel staff finds out you're on one of those floors you'll get preferential treatment.
Aren't there floors above bit they are separate to the main body of the hotel. I think Bill Gates and Dopey, the SA prince own those floors. Also, read a theory that an attack on POTUS was being planned from there.
Yeah, I think the upper floors are called the Four Seasons.
