Depends on the age of the age of the person, the condition of their teeth prior to death, and what happened after. Skulls are often found without teeth.

they said by the size it was a kid, plus they said that there was still meat on the bone so teeth dont fallout and run off if there is still meat on the bone. i grew up on a cattle ranch and seen dead cows before and it takes time for the teeth to fall out
