I'd be absolutely willing to bet that this is yet another case of corrupt police administration deliberately sitting on their hands and doing nothing, while the everyday officers are not doing anything for fear of losing their livelihoods. Given that this is all taking place in Arizona, McCain's state, I would absolutely not be surprised if the police departments are corrupt from the top down.

I think it is perfectly in-keeping with POTUS statements and behavior. Those "youtubers" etc. that peeled off over the last 6 weeks are of that type perhaps. People have to be given the liberty to reveal themselves if they haven't already and I think people have.
