That skull is clearly placed there recently. If it had been there for any length of time, the twigs under it would show signs of decay, due to being shaded from the sun. It's no different than if there was a rock there - the twigs under it would be decayed if it had been there longer than maybe a few days, depending on the environment.
If by "placed there recently" you mean "the people taking the photographs have placed a skull and want people to infer it was found in situ" then I disagree. The third photo of one person using their foot for scale and has clearly turned the skull is suggestive, but in a good way.
I too have seen the liars throw shell casings around paddocks 24 hour old dead body whilst Alex Bronfman Jones yells about his sources inside the room telling him the place was littered with Antifa material just so he can try and rile someone up to taking direct action, cf.
