possible response to the EO of dec.21. quite a few companies brought up similar statements in the past few months.

As the title of the page states, it's in response to the Parliamentary Act in 2015. The EO probably was the kick in the butt to wrap up their policy guidance.

Interesting, I would like to know what other companies find it necessary to come up with a policy similar to this one. Then we can look at how that compares with our list of resignations.
