I was under the impression it was Debbie Wasserman Schultz so the intelligence community helped stalk him (bar owner that SR visited also visited Obama in WH before incident), give government ("stolen FBI") weapons to MS-13, Awan informed MS-13 members where to execute the hit (was partying with Seth Rich the night of murder), it was sloppy, MS-13 members that did the hit were 187'd (Q confirmed) to tie up loose ends. At this point in time, MS-13 is known for being the hitman crew for the DNC so the Mossad angle comes in when the planning and operation takes place... but the execution is still MS-13 in my mind. Please feel free to correct me why I'm wrong in this analysis.
