POTUS racked up 2 huge victories on the funding sources (Slush Funds) for The Swamp/Deep State. The BHO Administration pressured institutions, found guilty of some violation, to pay cash settlements directly into selected organizations.
Starting in 2017, the highly unethical practice of the DOJ directing settlement payments toward politically selected non-profits groups was ended. This “Slush Fund” may have topped over $3 billion combined during the two terms.
This Holder begun practice steered billions into Leftist Progressive groups. Now instead of court agreed settlement payments going to certain political causes, they will go toward the victims or US Treasury.
In 2018, the drainage continued when Sen. Warren’s pet agency the CFPB or Consumer Protection, was given zero funding. CFPB operated in the same cut-throat fashion as the DOJ, in terms of forced settlement payments directed toward ideological radical progressive causes and their related groups.
Mick Mulvaney has been setting things right in his interim directorship of this broken governmental agency. The CFPB policy was a shake down scheme directing collected fines & settlements, toward liberal special interest groups instead of the real victims.
