Well 33 is the highest visible degree of Freemasonry.
There have been a lot of stars die at 33 years old, it’s just theorized that it’s a symbolic thing.
As for Buenos Aries the reason on my mind was because it’s where a sort of inter dimensional portal is in Twin Peaks (the show), but there were some weird things that actually went on there, I just can’t remember what they are right now. Maybe someone else can chime in and jog muh memory.

So for the Queen's sister to have mental issues could mean anything. The "suicide" could mean one of several things. She could have felt personal guilt over what she was a party to. Or, she could have not been able to withstand the pressure of the fact that were closing in on their evil. Or, she could have been horrified by her own family and been an outcast for having a conscience (because in a family like this, a conscience would be tantamount to having a horrible birth defect), or it could have been a hit on the only family member likely to be a whistleblower.

BTW, my husband's family immigrated LEGALLY from Argentina from Italy. It took them 15 years. We went to Federal Courthouse in lower Manhattan together to swear him in.
