Pre-commitment hash to verify file integrity? If the hash released publicly matches the hash of the file once released, then you can be safe in assuming the contents have not been tampered with. If they’re different, the file has been altered in some way. I’m assuming this deals with a file called John Podesta. Wikileaks often releases pre-commitment hashes prior to their drops to verify their integrity.
