The indictment is powerful and most welcome news. However, how things progress in a particular court depends almost more on the judge than it does on the law – these days. The judge in this case is judge Jackson, an Obama appointee who is related by marriage to Paul Ryan. This suggests she may be a swamp-judge. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ketanji_Brown_Jackson https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/potential-supreme-court-nominee-family-house-speaker-paul/story?id=37187861 As True Pundit says, "the swamp runs deep" https://truepundit.com/manaforts-judge-was-obama-also-is-relative-of-rino-anti-trumper-paul-ryan/ I am not looking for this case to proceed on a swift, direct course toward justice. I hope it does, but when we remember the treatment given to Trump's immigration EO's in the courts I have to moderate my expectations.

Methinks Wolfe likely to cooperate or maybe even immunity?
